It's a privately owned site, and you have to agree to their rules to join.
the right to statistics didn't make it to the final draft of the chess.com constitution, much to the chagrin of such founding fathers as the accountants cadre.
...and we've had trouble with them ever since.

If one does not have your right to your statistics how can they be verified? I am being inundated with numbers that reflect & carry taboo meaning which I never asked for. I am asking for my statistics therefore to be removed. Do they or do they not support your right to your statistics?
