The standard rating pool is roughly normally distributed with an average of 1286, the last time I checked. So you are rated below more than 50% of players.

How do you check the rating pool for this site?

It is hard to say you are "good" at chess no matter what your rating, unless you are stock fish. I am around that level. It shows you have a decent opening repertoire, worse middle game, and a decent endgame. We struggle with seeing 3-4 moves in the future and do less daring attack proven to win.
