Varuzhan Akobian is excellent IMO.
Do you have any other favorites, maybe like another gm you like? anyways I'll check Akobian's channel.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you. Watching Gotham's videos helped me go from 812 to over 1000. Maybe it isn't very educating to people over 2000, but his channel is aimed more beginners. I also have a very short attention span, yet I can manage to watch Gotham's videos all the way through. In my opinion he shouldn't change anything, which I don't think he will because he has 1 million subscribers and is probably earning a fair bit of money from his channel, so why change?
With all due respect, you are kind of making his point for him.
Why do all the players on YouTube love the London system.
It is because we are lazy to learn variations.

If you don't like Akobian that's fine. Pick someone you like, but preferably someone with a title, that's my advice ![]()
Good at what? As a chess player he is better than almost all of us here writing about him. And yet he can be much stronger, in fact he is working on his chess training for GM title. As a youtuber/twitch streamer he is at the top with few others. For me his content is both educational, funny and entertaining. I learned a lot by watching his videos and he manages to make me laugh which is enough for me to keep watching. I wouldnt agree with #15, why do you think its junk?
I agree, I also learned from him that Sicilian is not for beginners. After leaving Sicilian, my rating improved a lot.
"... because you are talking very fast and the watcher loses whatever has to be learnt from them, .."
If I am watching an "instructional" part, then I slow it down to 75% speed to actually catch what he is saying!
Yup good point. There are many youtube settings that can be used to catch up in a youtube lesson. For example, pausing a video when the puzzle shows up.
I am the Champ that runs the Camp cuz this thread was almost 2 weeks old... but then i commented and now its like almost 200 comments
