I dont use credit cards(iam young) and paypal(not using in our countries). In CIS we are using webmoney and qiwi or just pay through terminal. I wanna buy it but how?

Well, if you cannot use credit cards or Paypal, you'll need to send some money in an envelope to Chess.com, PO Box 60400, Palo Alto, CA 94306.
