How I do I increase book randomization in Arena GUI?

I've downloaded Harry Schnapps' Grandbook.abk, it's a fairly big opening book at ~144mb. I followed the instructions for the book settings but there is not a lot of variety in the engine's opening play
I did disable the engine's own book and checked the 'use Arena main books' option.
I don't need (or want) the engine to play only the best openings every game, how do I increase book variety so the engine will play lesser known openings? Thanks!
