HOW IS IT POSSIBLE

The people you play irl is probably a limited skewed sample space. Try playing in a serious chess club and see.

In you last 30 games, you lost 17 of them. In 6 games you didn't make it past move five. Move 5?!. In the other 11 lost games you only made it past move 30 in three of your games.
What situations did they all need to get out of and what finishing strategies are you talking about?
For most 6 year old this is not their area of expertise. It's good to support your kids and encourage them, but it's not common to have this much faith in their opinion.
I sincerely doubt that. At you rating level you would only win against people that don't know how to play chess. Or is this also based on your experience playing 6 year olds?

My 7 yr old learned Chess(how the pieces work) in December. I watched Chess Adventures puzzles with him and other videos on youtube so he'd learn how to actually play. In February I got him a Chess.com account. He was at 200 level after his first games. He is now above 900. If it were bots he'd not be able to do so.
I recommend actually learning some tactics and strategy. Watch Chess Vibes and his speed runs where he explains WHY he moves where he does. Learn a few traps, learn how to defend against Scholar's mate and the Fried Liver attack. This will help you get better. Accusing everyone of being a bot will only allow you to justify to yourself why you have such a low ranking. And that will keep you there.
