When I was young I used to fantasise daily about a tool such as tactics trainer. Then in my late teens and early twenties I was hitting tactics quite often although never 5 free ones in a single day. Now that I am older I seem to be strangely constrained to solving the same tactic every time. Make no mistake it is still fun to solve but some of the lustre is gone. Every now and then I zone out and wonder why I didn't solve more tactics when I had the opportunity.

Yeah, when you realize there's a queen sac your heart starts pounding... you ask yourself, wait can this really be possible?!
But you have to calm down and weigh your options carefully. The goal is to mate, but sometimes it's just not possible.
