How many moves deep is your opening preparation?
For me it differs on different openings..... but generally it is about 5 moves...
What about you?
15-25(in some lines) 5 is wayyyy too low

depends what opening, if it was the caro....
Is what you showed like "theory" theory?
I would be surprised with that variation in the caro....

semislav botvinnik variation
Similar for me @bbmaxwell , expect that i am not aware of the repertoire...... i mostly learnt my openings from practice
Wow, thats very interesting... a database for your openings must be very helpful...
For me, certain openings have a certain feel about them..... in some openings the moves dont come naturally and i blunder often..... whereas in other openings the accurate moves come naturally to me....
Because I play unusual openings my opponents usually don't know theory there, so they deviate from theory pretty quickly (even titled players). Also big factor being blitz games.
I play Sokolsky opening for white
And
Scandinavian defence for black
Quite often my theory 8-12 moves after that freestyle begins.

I also like to deviate from theoretical main lines...
What is the sokolsky opening?
I have maybe 10/15. After this is where the "freestyle" playing begins, where I try to focus on themes/patterns over actual opening moves.
it also depends on preparation, but well I don't know how you are 2000 rated and it's only 5 moves, mine can be 5 moves (in openings that I don't face much, or systematic against openings like the modern, but I usually play like 10 comfy moves in my main openings (french, Evans Gambit, Knight attack, and against Sicilian) I also know some QGD theory although I dont play it much cuz i bought a bok abt it

With carokann it is probably 7-10....otherwise i try to find the correct moves or good moves in the game...
It really depends on the opening. If you play the Polish I’ll be on my own on move 4 but If you play some Poisoned Pawn Najdorf or Yugoslav Dragon lines it will be past 20 or 25 moves before I’m on my own.
let me try to count my known french moves:
in advance variation: like 8
classical variation: 5 in steinitz and morozevitch probably more then 10
tarrasch: probably like 10 in main line, 7 in universal system, and pretty systematic in f4 lines
KIA: systematic

Hmmm.... yeah.... 25 moves must be amazing to know although it might be common in the najdorf
