how many participants go to next round?

I'm currently participating in several tournaments. I'm wondering, for example, about tournament called "Chess Chess" (TD: WCQ, started on Nov. 26) - what happens after tournament is completed? Is there a next round and how many participants are going to next round? Thank you.

Only one person per group moves forward, thought with ties on score and tiebreaks, more can potentially do it.
So, barring ties, only 8 move to round two and that will be the last round (max group size of 12 so only one final round).
