I play e4, it is my favorite opening and has a lot of advantages and weaknesses as do all openings.

I guess playing e4 opens the light-squared bishop, while d4 opens the dark- squared bishop.
About how many people on chess.com play 1.e4 as white?
I predict more players play e4 a bit more than 1.d4, and I play e4, most of the time myself.
What do you think? And do you mostly ply 1.e4 as white, or other openings? Are there any more advantages by playing 1.e4?
