About five hours ago I bought a premium subscription to chess.com and although I have already paid, my user is not premium. When will I receive the premium? And has this happened to anyone else?
If you purchased through one of the app stores, if the email account attached to that doesn't match the email on your chess.com account, you may need to contact support.
