Don't pay attention to all these troll comments. Everyone who has played/plays chess, in the history of chess, is/was a nominal height of 4'8" exact. 

LOL all of these posters just want to brag about how tall they are. Height has nothing to do with chess ability. I have heard Hikaru Nakamura is 5 foot 7 and he is ranked number 5 in the world. I am also 5 foot 7 but my elo is about two thousand points lower. A lot of the players at my club are under 5 feet, but that is because they are children. What really matters in chess is how much you play, how seriously you study the game and whether or not you have a chess coach.
