How to avoid below weakness..!!

Hi All,

After each tournament we review the games of our 4 year old Chess player. He is around 800 rated player. After reviewing last tournament we found below weakness about his games. It would be great if you advice on below.

1. Rushing for Attack before developing all pieces.

2. Does not know when to trade in some situations

3. some time hang the pieces.

4. Avoides Developing all pieces and early castling for attack.

5. weak defence or understading of defence with developing pieces.

Four? You said he is four and you expect him to follow a list? 

This strikes me as very sad. 

no we do not expect him to follow list...we observe these weakness from his games....we do not ask him to analyze the game as we understand he is very small...we analyze his game and find the weakness...i do understand that he is too young..we try to teach him fun way so that he improve indirectly.

Show him some games on what happens if you do not develop. Tell him to always make the move in his head and see if it blunders anything.
