Yes, here's a suggestion: Speak with your doctor and ask if any of your current medications cause paranoid thoughts.

You can't. It's frustrating, and one of the reasons why I highly prefer OTB chess. However it doens't occur that often... If you're experiencing a lot of it you may just be too suspicious of your opponents.

LOL! As if the 1750 complaining about cheats wasn't funny enough, the 1550 has joined him!

I wish chess.com will improve thier cheat detection. :)

maybe a little suspicious, but thier moves was exactly the engine suggest dead on from the very first move

considering that you are 7-1-1 today, I imagine that you are talking about the one person who was actually able to beat you? The one where you resigned when you blundered and were about to lose a piece?

So, in the game you lost, vs. "13413015," your opponent played pretty poorly.  Out of the 19 moves in the game that were not book moves (6-24), four of them were evaluated as more than 1.5 pawns worse than the best move and at least one more was at least half a pawn worse than the best move.  The rest of the game was basically just natural moves and taking advantage of your castling on the wrong side of the board.

What evidence did your Houdini analysis produce that convinced you he cheated against you?

I don't get what's funny, or how ratings are relevant...

You don't see how ratings are relevant in a discusion about facing cheats? That says more than I ever could.

You're complaining about cheating in a game that you won? At least you're fresh...

IMO the biggest tip off people are cheating is if they have a huge difference between their blitz score and their CC/standard score. Before the match you can check their scores and abort the game if you don't like what you see.  Note that I am talking about really big gaps (like >500 pts) that can't be chaulked up to the higher average rating in CC.

I totally agree, but at the same time, there are some people with a >500 point difference in Blitz, and it's much harder to cheat in blitz...

What a foolish remark. If the density of cheating players is high enough, then you can hardly cross a certain rating mark. I believe that in standard, this mark lies somewhere between 1900 and 2000.

I am not sure if that is true. My CC and OTB rating is a good 400 points higher than my bullet rating. I am an old guy who moves slow, but loves blitz. I am sure there are the opposite out there as well. Great bullet players who do not play slow games well.

well, you feel that you have played games against cheater , then please don't post the link of the game.it is like naming-shaming them

or if they are cheating then it might alarm them

so, the best thing to do is to submit a ticket and ask staff to guide on how to avoid cheaters .

have good day Smile

I hope that nobody is stupid enough to actually believe this.

This tread will be locked by the mods.

Please take your (thoroughly) uniformed talk into the Cheating Forum, as is required on this site.

P.S., intermittent, (and undetected) engine use is present at virtually all rating levels. No surprise there.
