Well that’s one way but I meant stopping the checkmate.
How to avoid Scholar’s mate

Play Nf6 (Knight to square F6)...
Yes that’s what I do it usually losses a pawn but worth it
It is better than checkmate so I’ll keep that in note
In so many games I’ve played so far, the scholar’s mate is the most popular one that I get. And then if I block the queen they just move somewhere else still targeting the pawn. What do I do?
