Do you only play games or do you also study chess? Many players remain stuck at a low rating because they only play games. If you want to make progress, you should also do a few other things.
You should analyse your games to find out what you could do better in future games. See the video How To Analyze Your Chess Games (the simple way) by GM Noël Studer.
It is also a good idea to create a study plan. See for example NM Robert Ramirez's Beginner Study Guide (600-1000 Elo).
idk but im stuck between my elo is 600-700 its either this day im 700 then then next day 600 then enxt day 700 or complety goes down again for 500 lol
