How to consistently stay above 2000?

My puzzle rating on chess.com is almost 2500, I learned the english opening from a book and know it well, and I am currently studying endgames from Silman's complete endgame course. I am currently above 2000 but that has happened multiple time recently which shortly after, I dropped 50 points
