Hello, I have this certain problem where I always seem to play a blunder move even though I've evaluated that this particular move is a blunder, I do not know why, I take around 2-5 minutes calculating and evaluating the candidate moves that I assume available, though I cannot say I am consistent at this because I commonly overlook opportunities too, I take a few minutes evaluating a move, considered that move a blunder, then just play it anyway, how do I overcome this?

As an example, I have one game that I lost for this reason:

I am talking about my 40th move, Qe1, I understood that this move was a blunder and that I should play something like Qb2 instead, but for some reason I decided to play Qe1 anyway?? Even though I already know that I am going to lose my queen?? How do I overcome this?
