Develop your pieces quickly and if an opponent makes a mistake, punish them.
How to Crush Opponents in the Opening
He literally gave you both of his knights. He literally ignored the "don't move the same piece twice in the opening" rule. TWICE!!! What was the purpose behind this? Did you talk to your opponent before posting this game publicly?
Very strange indeed. Of course, he's 1300 rating points below you....

The purpose is to show how to win in the opening - develop pieces, punish opponents' mistakes, which as you said in this case is moving their pieces twice (and leaving them undefended).
It's unfair to play against a man with rating of 1300 points below your.
Try to crush in this manner people with equal rating.

I accepted their open challenge and they didn't abort, so what's the issue?
IM's play people rated 1300+ points below them and post videos of their play for instructional purposes, what is the difference between that and this post? Look up John Bartholomew's "Climbing the Rating Ladder" series on YouTube - GothamChess also has a similar one.
Honestly I really want to know how to beat my opponents
At your level always be on the lookout for undefended pieces (like in my example post). It's hanging pieces galore at 1000 rating and lower. John Bartholomew has a good video on this on YouTube (it's part of his chess fundamentals series).
You're not very good at it, you're an armature at crushing opponent's in the opening, this is how it's really done.
I played a game with Ripley last week, and she's 1100 rating points higher than me. She didn't crush me, but twisted my arms and was getting ready to plant my face on the floor, so in view of that I resigned. I think it took her 35 moves to do it in.
She's very nice, indeed - that's exactly what I was thinking, allowing me to last that long against such a strong player - definitely not a miniature, like the games posted here!!! She could have finished me off in under 10 moves, if she wanted to.

That must have been pretty cool playing Ripley. I've got to admit, I'm in awe of players of that ability. It's like they're a different species. 😮
They are more than likely better focused at the game - they spend more time improving their skill than people like me.
That right there is the "proof in the pudding" that these people are nice. Name any member on chess.com that's been reported or muted - they are nice people indeed. I could offer any of these members a challenge, and the chances are good that Itude would play me. it's all about how you present yourself, and if you have any idea on what "respect" is, then you're 1 step ahead in the right direction!!
The highest rated player I ever challenged was a 2645, I think. Not on chess.com, but in real life on a real chess set. It was, literally, an "opportunity." I think the game was over in 20 moves, maybe less.
He smashed through my Kingside when I made a terrible blunder, I played ...f5 as Black, he captured en passant and then his Queen became very angry and his Rook (If I remember right) was controlling the only open file on the board - he had it to where my pieces couldn't move without being captured, and my King could feel his Queen's breath on his neck.
My game lasted 7 hours, as it was a simul with 47 other players...I had a lot of fun for sure!!!
Did learn a thing or 2 about chess etiquette for sure.
Is there any tips or tricks that I should know while playing chess?
Look for undefended pieces (including your own) and try to figure out what your opponent is trying to do (if he's going for a quick mate, stop him).
I figured it out just play someone 1200 elo lower than you and roflstomp them ez
Is there a point where your rating is so high compared to theirs, if you beat them, you don't get any points? Or could someone hypothetically climb to 4000 rating here just playing 700 rated players?

Yeah at a certain point you don't get any points for seal clubbing
This is how you crush an opponent in the opening:
