The King's gambit is a good opening  but to break it is too easy.

The King's gambit starts with:

1.e4 e5 2.f4

Her I suggest a powerful move

 
So now  Black can't take any free pawns .

 2. ... exf4 followed by 3. ... Be7 is a very good system against Kings Gambit
