it feels like it doesn't matter what I do I can't win lol
how to deal with tilt?

Hi I’ve played you a few times
I usually just stop playing. If I feel like I’m clicking new game solely to gain rating, I try to stop myself. It usually lasts a week, before I slowly start untitling.

I usually take a short break, but its mostly personal preference. Rating will fluctuate, what matters is that you learn from your mistakes and that your chess skills improve. Do that and the rating will come eventually

Maybe try doing other things like puzzles and so on to improve and have a break

Typically taking a short break from chess and coming back once you've recovered from this likely burnout. Sometimes you'll even view chess in a slightly different way when you get back to the game. Rating isn't everything, but it sure hurts when we lose so much...

Reminding myself that we don't always win every game and the rating will put me, in the long run, in the place I belong. In other words, focus on the big picture and not just on a single loss or a streak. Focus on being better by analyzing losses. A loss helps me to see my blunders that doesn't allow me to be a better chess player so I try to fix them so next time I be better. Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he discovered the lightbulb.
i just tilted away 170 rating or so in about 2 days. I am extremely tilted... How do you deal with tilt?
