How to do a two factor authentication log in in chess.com????

Hi

I am a chess coach and someone has hacked my account two times in the last month. I am trying to do 2FA login but no idea how to do it. Can anyone help with this. I have been blocked by 15 people and no idea why lol. It is crazy, and 3 of them were students that I was supposed to do a first lesson with. If anyone knows what to do please help me.

Two factor authentication isn't available and @erik has previously posted that it's not going to be offered. Of course, things are always subject to change but that's been the status for a few years

The biggest thing is to use a unique password that's complex and isn't used anywhere else.
