Oh, just checked the Komodo site and they have an Android version. It's on the Google Play store.
Looks like Deep Fritz is available through ChessBase for Andoid also.

Why one should want this is quite unclear: nowhere close to the strength of the "real" Komodo 9.3 for Windows/OSX/Linux.
I want this super engine along with deep fritz. where can i find it and download it? thx in advance
