How to exploit a very slight space advantage

Consider the position after these moves:

White has to make a plan. White's play will be in the center and queenside. Black, if he can generate play will probably be on the kingside.

Let's play a few moves: skip the first 11 moves if you wish to get to the above diagram:

Here you might skip the first 25 moves to get to where we left off...

Now for the rest of the game. You might want to skip to about move 29 or so...

Please note that the position on White's 32nd move is a very important position and one of the keys to White's plan.

Will try and give the key positions so as to follow easier.

Doesn't the king belong in the center in the endgame? Why 0-0? Why not Kd2?

Robert0905. White plays 0-0 as part of White's long range plan is to trade off all the rooks and this makes it easier. 

Great game, and very instructive also. Hope you don't mind that I will consider implementing it in some future training units with singular students and the chess club I'm working for.

I think ya'll are missing the point.  The way to exploit a very slight space advantage is to wait for your opponent to hang a piece.
