How can I find them without searching long?
for that you need premium .
if you have that, go to insights and from there you can check your highest accuracy games

No, for that you need Platinum. I am a diamond member (which isn't cheap!) and, even though I would like to search for my most-accurate games, it turns out that I can't.

As for the question... It is possible if you can do some programming (collecting and sorting games where the records with accuracies are available). The problem might be that there were changes in accuracy estimation algorithm (2017 and 2021, I guess) so direct comparison of accuracies calculation by different algorithm generations is irrelevant (unless you analyse older games manually and get the modern accuracy)
