Do more tactics 
Take the ones you miss and study them to try and see why you missed it. Play over the lines until you understand why it works and why the other side can't stop it.
Track the ones you miss. Are you missing a certain kind of tactic or one involving certain patterns? If so, try to integrate looking for such patterns in your games.
Also, drill any tactics you missed in your games.
Hi, while I improved and blunder a lot less (at least with slow time controls and when I concentrate...), I still sometimes miss a winning tactical shot and I think that I have to improve my tactics the most.
I do train on Chesstempo (rated ~1400 there) and solve tactical puzzles, but somehow, I don't find reasonable ways to implement my knowledge. So, do you have some tips for me to get better at tactics, besides just solving puzzles? Thank you in advance :)
