its bugged for the time being
I had difficulty unlocking this achievement even after looking up guides, so I contacted Chess.com support and explained the problem and they unlocked the achievement for me. I would recommend doing this whenever an achievement is bugged bc many of them are lol

Just read some posts on how to get the statistician reward on chess.com forums and if you got all of em (when it was not bugged) then you can contact support to fix it they are pretty nice I changed my name via support and all!
Don’t do it on app, do it on websites instead. App simply doesn’t have all the stats.

And it also seems that many people are having this problem
I know the problem exists, and assumed the site just hadn't added the achievement code to the updated drills sections. I haven't heard any official statement that the achievements were discontinued.
