I think I can help you. Periods go at the end of a thought and allow sentences to be constructed. Commas are added when a pause is desired. It does look like you've figured out question marks!

Don't resign all of your games, just play to the end. Your opponent might blunder.
Orginnully I just resigne all my games because grandmasterss do that so i thought it wuld make my rating higher but then i realized it didnt work so i started playing and i cant beet the cumputer on ez or on medium can anyone help me?
