What are good ways to improve in rapid so I could reach higher elo than 1500. I think I am winning and losing as much right now and not improving. What studies or else should I take and would you suggest me to take a chess coach to help me?

Watch a bunch of YouTube videos on middlegame(and also endgame) strategy. Take your time on every single move to see if you can spot a better move. Also take advantage of your opponents mistakes if they make one.

"What are good ways to improve in rapid"
++ Analyse your lost games to learn from your mistakes.

"I am winning and losing as much right now"
++ That means you get paired with players of equal strength.
If you play weaker players, then you win more and if you play stronger players you lose more.

"What studies or else should I take" ++ Study Chess Fundamentals - Capablanca

"would you suggest me to take a chess coach to help me?" ++ Good book > mediocre coach

As a player who has just jumped up from 1500 to 1600 I would like to say that I owe a lot of my improvement to the few GM Daniel Naroditsky's speedrun videos I have started watching. Believe me I have not done much training (not nearly as much as I can and would like to do) but still I saw a huge improvement in my understanding of the position. I don't calculate much (p.s it's currently my weakness) but still understand the position enough to win simply because GM Daniel Naroditsky explains positional concepts so we'll.
