How to improve from 1700 to 1900?

Playing blitz and bullet will not get you far. You should always play at least one rapid game per day and analyze it. Then you can pick one of the two things you need more work on. Theoretical endgames aren’t as important as middlegame plans, so just read silmans complete endgame course up to your rating then you can do middlegame plans
So I'd like to cut the daily Blitz sessions, and to spend a bit more time on studying chess instead. What's the most promising way to improve and to get from around 17xx FIDE to let's say 1900? I was thinking about focusing on one of these things:
a) Theoretical endgames (Silman or de la Villa)
b) Reading a book on middle game plans
c) Playing a rapid game every day and analyse it afterwards
