How to improve past 1400+

I've improved my rating inside analysis up to 1400 on estimated average, even though I'm actually rated 900 in rapid. So, I'm just wondering how I improve past that. I don't know what else to learn that would actually improve my skill (Not to confuse the fact that I have no interest in increasing my rating, because those things are always inaccurate, just my actual skill). I've read multiple opening books, overall chess books, and even biographies. I also go to a chess club on Mondays and an occasional and rare tournament.

I think I need to do more puzzles and learn advanced tactics and strategies. But any ideas you can think of that will help me I will very much appreciate.
