How to Improve Tactical Awareness?

I'm currently trying to do some challenging chess puzzles, and I can't grasp most of the concepts hidden in each puzzle. For me, it looks insignificant, such as a meager one-move pawn, but in it is a hidden complex line that I can't seem to find with each challenging puzzle I do. Do you have any suggestions for improving tactical awareness?
I believe It is one thing I need to improve to break from my current rating. My games mostly come to a point where I don't seem to find any prominent tactical lines but only hidden, inconspicuous moves I do not see and later recognize once I analyze with the computer. (Or just me having monkey brain)

Below is an example of the puzzle I had trouble solving for a few minutes and gave up:
I also included some of the moves I thought within a parenthesis on the PGN, and those that don't have a parenthesis are the best moves.

Hello.....I find a good way to start a puzzle is to ask yourself what forcing moves you have? e.g. are there any checks or obvious captures? See if that helps.....Good luck!
