How to improve when stagnating

Hey guys this is my first post here so be nice please. Just a bit of background before I ask my question, I'm rated about 2000 uscf but then took a break to focus on other aspects of my life. When I came back into the game, I found that I started to stagnate. I've tried to improve by analyzing my games and reading books, but nothing seems to be working. Do you guys have any advice for someone like me to break through my bottleneck? 

youre playing otb at 2k after a long break? whatd you expect... play some warmup games on the site and shake off the cobwebs instead of losing your precious progress for no reason. if you are really 2k uscf then you at least know all of the in-game elements if not are an expert at most. so its probably not learning? its just rust. go to the club and play some unrated games or something
