this is a forum which I made to share my recommendations for your chess improvement. remember even if you do all of these things, it's going to take like a lifelong to see the actual improvement. for me It took almost 2 years to reach 1949 blitz chess.

This is for blitz chess.

1. It doesn't matter if you know an opening very well or not. Because your opponent probably is going to go wild and play some sort of novelty. Actually my recommendation is to play an opening that almost nobody plays. Unless your opponent is stockfish(for real) that doesn't matter.

2. In blitz, tactics are everything. Like seeing forks and pins so fast. Also I don't recommend solving so hard puzzles for blitz. Like mate in 10 or a long combination to win material. I am a 1943. I swear to you nobody can find things like this in blitz. If someone does find things like this in blitz, report them not chess.com or lichess.org, report to government. Nobody can find mate in 10 at blitz chess.

3.analyzing your games is good if you want to understand the positions better. Maybe you learn some traps out of it. But by the miracle of god you are going to face it in your games.

This is a recommendation for everyone. Don't cheat if you do.1. First you will get banned. 2.And also it doesn't make you any better. 3. It's kinda boring. I don't know how some people do it. Just sitting against computer and seeing its recommendations and playing them.4. you are not going to show it to anyone( your rating) because someone may ask to play and you will get demolished.

Just don't do it

I just want to say, "Report to government" is the funniest thing I've read all day. I think I would do that too if my opponent played like that with virtually no time to think. Lol

I want to talk about chess bots. Is playing against them good or bad? I would say if you want to become good at chess you should play against humans. But, chess bots are easy to beat in a rapid chess. Like a 1700 level chess bot. So, my personal practice is to try to beat them in 3 minute blitz chess. I want to mention something. While everyone think, these bots are easy to beat still checkmating them in a 3 minute blitz is a challenge. They're fast. They're really good defender. They almost play as good as they would in long time controls. They force me to learn to play faster. The benefits of playing them:1 using evaluation bar while playing .2: using take backs. That's it. I don't see any other benefits with playing them. I play them in a complete challenge mode. No help from anything whatsoever. I want to share a game I played against wally bot.

I was playing as white. This bot is so terrible that if I gave him a chance to draw, I would have feel disappointed from myself.
