How to imrpove calculation speed?

Hi, I'm playing mostly daily chess because my calculation speed for rapid games is severely lacking. I can correctly calculate but it takes some time until I find the moves.

How do I improve the speed of my calculation. I mean speed, not calculation skill.

Thanks guys. Since I am need of a new chess book anyway, I got the book for beginners. I'm sceptical if it really helps, but it can't do no harm to work through it.
