When a challenge has been offered on Chess.com you have the ability to accept (Yes) or reject (No) a challenge. It is your decision to decide whether you want to accept or reject it.
NOTE: If you press the "Yes" Button or the check mark your game will begin immediately and if you press the "No" button or the X then the game is cancelled.
