how to post a game of yours

is there a way I can post one of my games on one of these forums using the app? I wont have acces to the computer/laptop any time soon so I was wondering if it was possible to annotate the game and share it with others using my phone or will I have to wait until I get on PC. Any help is well appreciated

You can post the PGN text, by copy/paste, but you have to use the website to embed boards.
