How to process moves quickly

Recently lost 5 games consecutively on time, (I was playing from another ID) mostly because I took time to analyze whether the moves made by opponent is just a mistake or leading to a trap. Is there a way I can improve the processing time.

Not every move needs to be analyzed that deeply and depends on the position. But the main thing is to to also pay attention to the time and don't take too much of it
