Its against site rules to publicly accuse people.

Wait.... @SAMIAMSAM_IAMSAMIAM, didn't you blunder a piece with 3....g6? If so, [removed -- VP] did not cheat. 

First of all, you aren't even supposed to publicly accuse someone. I think this is against the rules.

So? I've seen some titled players with 1500 bullet. 

Take WFM @africanqueeeeen , I've beat her 26 times, lost 4. She has ( I Think) 1700 bullet?
