How to reset elo

so um I’m in a bit of a pickle. I haven’t used blitz in a while so my rating is way below my rapid rating. I wanna try and raise it, but I’m scared I could get accused of sandbagging or something like that. Especially since it gives my points in the league. Someone pls help me.
