Which software do you use to run engine vs. engine matches in Linux? I'm using Ubuntu 10.10. If I can't run engine matches, which software do you like to use to view Chessbase opening trees?

Nevermind. I got Arena 3.01 to work through WINE.

LOL

Computer jargon always makes me do a double-take, wondering if your fingers slipped onto the wrong keys while typing. Laughing

Ubuntu?

Is that Swahili?

Ah, go back to your postal chess! ;-) It's an African language (possibly Bantu), and it supposedly means "humanity towards others". It's also an operating system (like Windows XP) which, in the spirit of humanity towards others, is completely FREE.

It is Xhosa (a south African dialect of Bantu) for "fairly reliable way to kill an afternoon."

The spirit of humanity towards others: sounds dangerous. Undecided
