Go onto the page where you posted. Copy the url link in the top of your browser.
For this one its
www. chess. com/forum /view/general/how-to-send-a-link?lc=1#last_ comment
Paste the link in a message to your friend, then drag your cursor over the link so it shows blue.
Click the icon above that looks like two chain links joined. A box appears.
Paste your link into the top line where it says Link Url.
Use the Target drop down to choose Open in same window / open in new window.
Then click on Insert.
Your link should then look like this
