so I always practice day and night and I never seem to do progress 😭. Can someone please tell me how to be good when you play.

There are some ways to skyrocket your rating. First, playing better; Second, pray the day that you're playing isn't filled with a good player; Third, not playing for a while, and when playing again, try to win a lot.
