How to start

I want to play the computer and it started ok. But when I told it no hints, no warnings, etc, then it switched to a situation where I have to play and move for both sides. What I really want is no hints, etc., play black and have computer play white. Help!
You have to go to the computer settings. There you’ll see a toggle setting (computer or person) for white and black.
If you’re playing on the iPhone/iPad app, tap the four-line button in the lower left corner to get to the settings.
And once I am in settings, which are the settings that I need to change in the iPhone / iPad. That is where I got confused, thanks!
