how to stay calm

I have done over 100 lessons on chess.com and have solved 3000 puzzles and played 1000 games. When I play computers, I beat them with ease. I have even beaten a 1900 bot and drawn a 2200 bot. But my live rating is really low. Maybe because I tend to play loosely and play any random move. Is there any advice for me being calm during a live game?

Drink some tea, play some calm  music and always, always blunder check.

Try playing rapid. If you only play blitz, you won’t improve as quick. Long time controls are key for improvements. Also, if you play longer time controls you won’t get into low time situations and nerves won’t get to you as much.

The trick not a lot of people know about also is daily. I was stuck under 1100 in rapid but after a few months I am 1300 in daily.
