Honestly, members who insult others are more annoying to me than a couple of trolls.

My true/ONLY account is Member Since: Jul 24, 2014 under 'about me' tab. Anything else is the Chess.com terrorist...that should be his actual handle.
The only way to stop trolls from Chess.com is to remove almost all means by which players can communicate with each other: forums; articles; messages; chat etc.
Leaving the only method by which players can "communicate" being through the moves they make and the challenges/open seeks they initiate.
Trolls aren't that big of a problem to warrant such a draconian response.

This chick has reincarnated herself over and over and over. Banning does nothing as they just keep coming back like a fly on a horse's rear. Before the last handle, she was 'Try_Checkers_LOL' ...which was already banned today.
