How to stop making stupid blunders?

u can use what i use the CCT (checks, captures, threats) before u move , look for checks, captures, and threats for both you and your opponent
also slow down and take your time, imagine what your opponent's best response would be after your move and see if u can do smth better and always double check ur moves, always ask, "if I make this move, is there a piece of mine that’s hanging or will be after?" coz blunders often come from not seeing that a piece is left undefended
another way is just play puzzles daily

Mostly, you think after the opponent makes a move, kinda like Hikaru or Levi, they plan what move is the best, and what is the predictable move for the opponent
