Your question isn't very clear to me. Whomever has the move takes the back rank rook. Can you find a clearer example, and perhaps just post the position, not moves that led to it?

I've came across this type of position many times (the white rooks arent placed like that, i only made it like that to emphasise you cannot let white get a move in) and i always mess up and let the king get away. is there any tactic for this sort of position?
