i'd definitely lose. i'd either exchange pieces as much as possible to create a draw or do a lot of sacrifices and hope things turn out good for me.

Develop efficiently, avoid weaknesses unless there's sufficient compensation and always have a plan of some sort, even if it's just a 2-3 move maneuvere. Same way I'd play anyone else, just with drastically less winning chances.
