HUGE BUG Renders Chess.com useless! ATTN: DEVS

I play on chess.com via Playstation 4 through my big screen tv. A brain tumor ruined my ability to see smaller screens. (Im okay!) However This "new" chess.com (v3 i believe) makes this impossible. As soon as i begin a live game, (when its my turn) the game ends instantly due to time. Its as if i have 0:00 time to begin with even though it says 30:00. Further because the "submit a bug" button/Feature posts a mandatory screenshot the site freezes and refuses to post anything ive written. (Which is the reason i write here) Is there a fix for this issue? I do enjoy chess.com but for this reason i feel im not getting what everyone else is for the same dollar.
